I take the time to get to know each family, their values, and their needs. Whether it’s easing the transition into care, helping with routines, or connecting families to community resources, I work to build strong, trusting relationships based on open communication and mutual respect. My goal is for every family to feel confident, heard, and supported throughout their journey with us here at our Bayswater early education centre.
Create great memories for your kids by choosing stimulating and exciting things to do. At Great Beginnings Bayswater, I’m lucky to lead a passionate and determined team who are always striving to provide the best possible learning opportunities. We support each other and work together to create a centre where children, families and educators all feel like they belong. I build strong partnerships with our families through open, ongoing communication, including regular check-ins and daily conversations.
Those children in the Nursery room follow their individual home routine. As they progress to the Toddler’s room, we begin to blend this with a more general routine that follows regular mealtimes and sleep patterns. Kindergarten children have the most structured routine, which encourages self-service and independent feeding. Every day, safety is at the heart of everything we do, with vigilant supervision, ongoing training and thoughtfully designed spaces. At Nido we provide premium resources, facilities, learning and opportunities, every day. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
Outdoors, the children are free to explore the incredible play area and immerse themselves in nature. While they play, they develop their gross motor and physical skills and also work on their social skills, such as sharing and communication. The children are encouraged to use their imagination and create their own adventures while they play. Choosing the right program involves evaluating your child’s capacity for structured time, your family’s schedule, and the level of convenience and flexibility required. Community Kids Bayswater Early Education Centre provides centre-based care for up to 51 approved spaces.
On arrival, share information about your child’s specific needs for the day. We will then contact you as soon as a place becomes available. Our families love hearing about their child’s progress and the experiences they’re having day to day. We share these moments through centre newsletters, our Xplor App, one-on-one meetings, and at various centre events. Your child will be welcomed by our team of educators, who will ensure the morning transition from home to centre goes as smoothly as possible.

Watching children grow and learn is immensly rewarding and I am passionate about creating the right environment where children can reach their full potential. Children learn best when familiar and secure in their relationships, therefore, to establish the child’s trust and confidence, we encourage all families to visit our service and participate in orientation.
