Our Montessori program is designed to encourage independence, hands-on learning, and critical thinking. We provide a carefully prepared environment where children can explore at their own pace, developing confidence and problem-solving skills. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is seeing the growth and development of not only the children, but also the families and educators, over time. Our Baby Steps Nursery Program provides a nurturing environment, with daily activities and intentional teaching opportunities to support your child in reaching developmental milestones. Our play-based learning approach allows children to learn through sensory play, as well as build a foundation for future learning. Our 3-year-old Kindergarten and 4-year-old Pre-Prep programs nurture young learners as they gain confidence, make decisions, and develop emotional strength and social connections.
At Inspire ELJ, we believe in teaching children the importance of caring for the environment. Our sustainability program incorporates gardening, recycling, and eco-friendly practices to instill a sense of responsibility and environmental awareness from a young age. Fresh meals and snacks are prepared each day to keep children energised, with options to suit different dietary and cultural needs. The purpose-built centre features spacious indoor areas for exploration and creativity, with outdoor spaces designed for active play and connection with nature. I got the opportunity to do face painting and balloons at the centre.

Aspire childcare centres frequently run engaging and exciting excursions throughout the year. These excursions further bolster the learning of students in every age group, as they align with Aspire's curriculum and the interests of the children. Our childcare offers a caring, supportive environment where children explore, learn, and grow every day.

We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy that educators are co-learners who collaborate with children. Also, Amandi’s monthly cooking lessons, like making pizza scrolls for afternoon tea - give children a fun, hands-on experience with food. Plus, our little vegetable garden enables children to plant, grow, and care for fresh produce, deepening their understanding of where food comes from.
The staff always listen and you can see they really care about the kids! My eldest has just moved onto prep and the kinder (and teacher) program were amazing. We value our educators and their ongoing professional development, continually building skills, knowledge, and understanding to provide the best outcomes for children and families. We believe every child is a successful, competent, and capable learner.
Our staff members work collaboratively with the children and help them accomplish the development goals. Our early learning centre offers the VIC Government-approved Kindergarten program, supporting your child’s development and well-being from now, at school and beyond. If eligible, your child will be able to participate in the Government-approved Kindergarten program, at no cost, up to a minimum of 15 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.

Our families love hearing about their child’s progress and the experiences they’re having day to day.
