Payment in full is required prior to the commencement of the hire. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, VISA Debit or electronic bank transfer. You can either browse our website and send us an email for a quote including transport charges, or simply phone us. Either way, you will need to contact us in order for us to process your order. The customer is responsible for the items from when they are signed over during delivery. If an item is broken then we will try to find the best way to repair it and will invoice the customer the repair costs not exceeding the total value of the item.

We usually arrive with the majority of balloons fully inflated off site. This helps reduce our set up time, deepening on the size and style of the display our set up time can vary from 15mins to 1 hour. We will always conform the expected set up time prior to your event so you know exactly when it will be complete. We only take on a limited amount of bookings to ensure the balloon stylist can personally create and customise each event, for this reason we have limited availability for each day. In order to avoid disappointment we suggest booking ideally 2 – 3 months ahead of your event, some customers book 5 – 6 months prior.
