This means that all CCS-eligible families will receive at least 72 hours per fortnight (3 days/week) of subsidised childcare regardless of their work, study, or volunteering status. Your child’s first five years are critical for brain development and laying the foundations for lifelong learning. We offer places for children from birth to 5, with some of our early learning centres offering integrated kindergarten. Kindergarten is free for all three and four-year-old children living in Victoria. Integrated kindergarten programs offered within early learning centres are fee-paying but offset by the Victorian State Government’s free program.
