Osu Market also has a number of large and small electronics shops, including Goodwill (computers and peripherals - otaku culture fans will also want to check out the maid cafe in the basement), DOS Para and others. Unfortunately, some of the electronics shops in Osu are not located on the main shopping streets, and you may have to ask around to find them. There are also two Eiden electronics superstores located in Fushimi and near JR Ozone stn on the JR Chuo Line. I stayed at Nagoyaeki Access Hotel which is a clean and modern 2-star hotel located just a short walk from Nagoya Station. My room had a desk and a television and was bigger than the average business hotel room in Japan, which I appreciated.

On our last trip, we decided to visit 剪定 Nagoya before going to Hokkaido, as we wanted to discover a new city other than Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. Meanwhile, a subway sytem in Tokyo is using the ashes generated by incinerating used tickets to make cement and concrete, which are used in walkway construction. The railway companies can purchase this toilet  paper at low cost to use in the restrooms at stations, aboard special express trains, and so on. "Ultimately, it's cheaper to recycle the tickets than to spend money on incinerating them," said one Kyushu Railway Co. official. Meimon Taiyo Ferry and Hankyu Ferry operate daily overnight ferries between Osaka and Kitakyushu (Shin-Moji Port). The one way journey takes approximately 12.5 hours and costs about 7000 yen in the cheapest class. Willer Express runs overnight buses between Osaka and Kitakyushu .
You can withdraw cash using your foreign credit card from ATMs. The best ones are from Seven-Eleven convenience stores and Japan Post. Tourist attractions have English brochures and signs available and even audio guides and guided tours for English speakers. It is an excellent base for trips to other parts of Japan , but in itself, it is also a charming destination, especially if you love Japanese food and want to learn more about its regional variations and specialties. Interest in Nagoya Meshi was first sparked when Nagoya hosted the World EXPO in 2005 and has only continued to become more popular since. Nagoya has actually put a lot of effort into promoting Nagoya Meshi to Japanese as well as international tourists.

The room was very modern and had a really relaxing vibe with a great bathroom. There was a little cafe downstairs next to reception too which serves great breakfast sliders of all different kinds. Location wise it was not bad, about a 10 min walk from the station, but it is not in the middle of everything in Nagoya. Certain attractions are within walking distance though so it's not all too bad. We'd definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Nagoya and will book again if we ever come back. The pool at the feet of the tower will start to fog at about 6pm which makes it a perfect place for taking photos.

The Ise Grand Shrine complex consists of two main shrines – the Kotai Jingu and Geku .

Taisho periodMitsubishi Aircraft Company was established in 1920 in Nagoya and became one of the largest aircraft manufacturers in Japan. The availability of space and the central location of the region and the well-established connectivity were some of the major factors that lead to the establishment of the aviation industry there. Nagoya can be conveniently reached by flight into Centrair Airport, by bullet or regular train, by inter-city bus and, of course, by car. Not in Nagoya itself but in the mountains north of Nagoya where many ski resorts are located.
Aside from its wonderfully preserved buildings, it is most famous for the Takayama Festival every April and October, the start of spring and autumn.
