Premium Wines Personally Delivered
Our seventh vintage and we were so happy to receive the news that due to our lean year with growers in 2014, we had positioned ourselves for a better fruit intake in 2015. We were able to secure Riesling fruit from Drumborg, with Jack & Lois providing excellent fruit quality and good amounts of Pinot Gris. We also had a better year with Alastair in Heywood with good amount of excellent Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit coming in for processing.
Some of our favourites also let you drink your pick on-premises with little corkage – so you might as well splash out on the good stuff. Our newsletter hand-delivers the best bits to your inbox. Stalwarts like Jimmy Watson's and the Florentino Cellar Bar have been around for close to a century and the city's wine bar culture has been evolving ever since. The latest evolution, of which North Fitzroy's Public Wine Shop is a prime example, is particularly exciting. Small, owner-operated and tightly focused, this new generation of wine bar-bottle shop hybrids has a magpie sensibility, grafting European and Japanese bar tropes onto a casual Australian attitude. The style might be relaxed and casual but the foundations are solid with experience and expertise with food lists as tightly considered as the booze.

Making this righteous rightness even betterer is a bonus bottle of Yaldara’s Grand Cab Shiraz, an epic 96-point Barossa Cab Shiraz which retails for $200.
